The Prosper Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is pleased to share news that the multinational retail corporation, Costco, has chosen Prosper, Texas as its new home in North Texas. The new Costco will be situated at the corner of FM 1385 and US 380, marking it the first Costco location in Prosper.

The story of The Cotton Gin Café began in 2001 in Prosper, TX. At the time, the restaurant was founded as a much-needed oasis for the town’s 3,000 residents to find community over delicious homestyle meals.

Merriam-Webster defines Civil Discourse as a formal and orderly and usually extended expression of thought on a subject.  Most often it takes place by connected speech or writing, to talk or discuss. For a myriad of reasons, we no longer TALK to one another. 

Texas Amps & Axes is regarded as one of the largest music schools in North Texas for private instruction. In the last 18 months, they have grown by nearly 300 students, with just under 600 students attending weekly. 

NPI MATERIALS provides tape & reel and associated value-added services to make electronic components machine usable in automated manufacturing. NPI Materials, Inc. is a woman-owned and operated small business (“WOSB”). While they avoid the bright lights of publicity and recognition, customers find them through online search every week and become repeat clients.

All 4 Cheer Dance Gymnastics and Tumbling is owned by Eric and Tina Laube and was born out of their son’s love of tumbling and their desire to foster an environment where kids can stay active and healthy while gaining new skills and confidence.

Founded in 2019, A Joyful Mess was created so that the children in our community have a place to celebrate their creativity, grow as an artist, and be around like-minded peers in a positive and joyful atmosphere. A Joyful Mess fills the need for our community of creative children with one-of-a-kind art classes, camps, and celebrations.
